To access the Sonnet Admin Module click here. Administrators will access the system to create new users and set permissions, departments, and workflow rules..

Teletouch eDictation

To access the Dictation Module click here. If you have been assigned a dictation ID, you will use this link to access the system to create voice files for transcription.

Management Console The Management Suite Services below will be used by transcription companies with multiple transcriptionists where managed workload and, review and proofreading are required in the transcription process. The user must be a valid Typist with management responsibilities.

To access the Sonnet Service Console click here. Supervisory staff will access the system to assign work to typists, review and proofread transcribed documentsand submit completed documents.

Teletouch eTypistService

To access the Sonnet Typist Service click here. Transcriptionists of large transcription companies will usethis link to the eTranscription module to access files assigned to them.

Teletouch eTranscription

To access the Sonnet Transcription Module click here. Transcriptionists will access the system to view and initiate transcription of all files assigned for dictation. Transcriptionists who are not using the Management Console will use this link to their files.

Access to these sites is restricted to authorized users.
